The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of harvesting and harvesting wood, to be performed in the Kobiór Forest District. These are works related to the felling of trees in the area where the construction of the S1 expressway will be carried out.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of timber collection and retraction work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:
Appendix No. 3.1. – size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations; Map
Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;
Attachment No. 3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting,
Appendix No. 3.4. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition
Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;
The material ranges listed in Annexes No. 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Decision No. 19 of the General Director of the State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in this decision was the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to the SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for forestry work).
Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ. A description of the principles of the procedure for receiving forestry works is set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ.
