The purpose of this contract is to provide medical transport for patients hospitalized at the JEAN PERRIN Center to other establishments for inter-establishment services (consultations, examinations ...)
The contract covers medical transport at the expense of the establishment within the meaning of Article 80 of the Social Security Financing Act:
- Permanent transfer to a type of establishment (MCO, SSR, PSY,)
- Return transport for session (radiotherapy or chemotherapy) between an MCO, SSR, PSY, HAD and CJP establishment.
