Collection and transport of residual waste, bio-waste, waste paper, bulky waste, electrical equipment and garden waste, including the provision of waste containers and recycling of waste paper, as well as management of a stationary recycling yard and a mobile recycling yard.

The invitation to tender shall be in particular:

— collection in the timber system and transport to the (allocated) disposal facilities of: residual waste (household and garbage like commercial waste), bio-waste, waste paper, bulky waste, electrical equipment and garden waste,

— the production/management of residual waste, bio-waste and waste paper containers (each including the container identification system),

— the management of a recycling yard (including logistics services and the independent recycling of various waste fractions),

— the management of a mobile recycling centre for garden waste and scrap (including logistics services and independent recycling of metal scrap),

— the management of a decentralised handling system for the reception of garden waste (including logistics services), and

— the recovery of the collected waste paper and of various waste fractions collected through handling systems.

The tender shall not be subject to disposal services for the waste fractions of residual waste, bio-waste, electrical equipment and garden waste.
