As part of the new building program, land is continuously being made available for the construction of new apartments. A large number of the projects are awarded by degewo to general contractors or general contractors with proportional planning services for turnkey construction. In order to check the contractual target of the entrepreneur, the dates and qualities, as well as the examination of supplementary offers, offices for quality assurance during construction are sought.

Approximately 5 new construction projects are assumed each year. The contractor should be able to process several projects in parallel, since work on several projects can begin at the same time during the contract period and order inquiries can be accepted regularly.

The selection of the framework contract partners (number 3-4) is based on a surcharge matrix (evaluation of the references and the fee offer).

The distribution of the individual projects after the award of the contract to the framework contracting parties takes place, if possible, evenly among all framework contracting parties with the emergence of the respective need.
