The object of the order is the design and delivery and installation of biomass boilers, gas boilers and heat pumps in the area of the Community of Białaczów, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Exchange of heat sources in the territory of the municipality of Białaczów”.

1. Design and delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the territory of the municipality of Białaczów, including in particular:

1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications);

2) replacement of 35 pieces of household heating systems, consisting in the dismantling of the current heating source and installation of a low-carbon heating source —pellet boilers;

3) integration of a new pellet boiler with an existing hydraulic installation;

4) to train users on the rules for proper operation of the mounted pellet boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users.

2. The detailed scope of the work to be carried out by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which forms (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.

1. Design and delivery and installation of gas boilers in the territory of the municipality of Białaczów, including in particular:

1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications);

2) replacement of 10 pieces of household heating systems, consisting in the dismantling of the current heating source and installation of a low-carbon heating source — gaseous condensation boilers;

3) integration of a new gas boiler with an existing plumbing,

4) installation of the external infrastructure of gas boilers;

5) to train users as to the proper operation of the mounted gaseous condensation boiler, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users.

2. The detailed scope of the work to be carried out by the Contractor is described in the PFU, which forms (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) an integral part of the SWZ.

1. Design and delivery and installation of heat pumps together with photovoltaic installations in the area of the Community of Białaczów, including in particular:

1) the development of design documentation (obtaining the required rules of the decision of the architectural and construction administration authority, including: notification of construction works, construction permits, if required and other required provisions of the law of decisions, permits, arrangements, notifications);

2) replacement of 37 pieces of household heating systems, consisting in the dismantling of the current heating source and installation of a low-carbon heating source, i.e.:

(a) 18 pieces of air heat pump;

(b) 19 pieces of ground heat pump;

3) integration of a new heat source with an existing plumbing;

4) installation of the external infrastructure of ground heat pumps;

5) installation of photovoltaic panels for the purpose of powering heat pumps;

6) The Contractor executed the application documentation to the electricity supplier and reports the connection of the installation of photovoltaic panels to the electricity grid of the local distribution network operator;

7) to train users on the rules for proper operation of the mounted heat pump, together with the development of detailed operating instructions and their transmission to users.
