The purpose of this consultation is to outsource editing, enveloping and sending of registered mail outgoing from CGSS Réunion, as part of the national CLOE application implemented by the Caisse nationale health insurance (CNAM).

This service includes the supply of paper, envelopes and documents necessary for sending registered letters, printing of letters, enveloping, postage, mailing of envelopes, legal archiving. letters and proofs of deposit and return, management of non-distributable mail, feedback relating to the absence of proof of receipt, the monitoring space and user training as well as technical assistance on the proposed solution.
