1. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:

1) Part 1 – "Delivery and assembly of multimedia equipment and stage technology for the building of the Cultural Centre in Lisia Góra"

2) Part 2 – "Delivery and installation of a monitoring, alarm system and wireless Internet access system for the needs of the building of the Cultural Center in Lisia Góra"

The order is carried out with co-financing of the project under the Regional Operational Program of the Malopolska Region for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 11 Revitalization of regional space, Measure 11.2 Renewal of rural areas.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 to the SWZ.

The equipment offered by the Contractor must have technical parameters in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the above-mentioned annexes.

The Contractor undertakes to deliver and assemble the equipment at its own expense, by its own transport in the building of the Cultural Centre under construction, in the rooms indicated by the Contracting Authority in the quantity and assortment in accordance with the assortment of equipment.

The Contractor is obliged to include in the total price of the offer all additional costs referred to in the SWZ together with its integral attachments, including the costs of delivery to the place indicated by the Contracting Entity, self-assembly of equipment, packaging and insurance for the time of transport to the place indicated by the Contracting entity and VAT.

The scope of delivery and assembly includes: loading, unloading, unpacking, cleaning up and removal from the Ordering Party's premises of all waste, packaging (cartons, foils, etc.).

Any defects (including damage) caused during assembly and delivery due to the fault of the Contractor at the place of delivery shall be removed at the expense of the Contractor.

The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract is brand new, has no traces of use and is not subject to the rights of third parties.

The Contractor shall provide the necessary documents together with the subject of the contract on the day of delivery: product cards, certificates or attestations, declarations of conformity, instructions for use of each of the delivered equipment, warranty cards, etc.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 5, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 to the SWZ.

The Contractor undertakes, for a period of 36 months counted from the date of protocol acceptance by the Contracting Entity, to perform the service at the price of the offer in accordance with the assumption:

1) 24 h from notification on working days

2) 48 h from notification on public holidays and public holidays (Saturday is treated as a non-working day)

Undertake a maintenance service on the site and remove the defect – unless the equipment has been damaged, it is expected to extend the repair time by another 48 hours for the delivery and replacement of the defective device.
