Lot 1 The planned measure is the new office and social building Nordwasser and parallel new workshop building.

Both buildings will be built on the same construction site. The execution is planned for both partial construction projects by the same Contractor. In this course, the construction site equipment for both measures is therefore put out to tender together. This must be taken into account in the calculation. All services such as the general construction site equipment (including cranes) or the surveying costs for shell construction services must therefore be calculated in the respective item for both buildings.

Object of performance Lot Construction site equipment The object of performance is the creation of a construction site facility with surface fastening (gravel), construction fence and access gates, furnishing of the media, construction containers and toilet containers, secured tank area (drinking water protection zone), crane locations and subsequent dismantling of the BE.

Object of performance Lot Floor plate Office and social building The object of performance is the execution of a 40 cm thick floor plate, partly with frost apron, with elevator pit and insulation below. The base plate lies on a 1 m thick gravel bed, is L-shaped and has the dimensions of about 35 x 55 m with an area of about 950 m².

Object of performance Lot Floor plate Workshop building Object of performance is the execution of a 30 cm thick floor plate, with frost apron and insulation below. The base plate lies on a 1 m thick gravel bed, is rectangular and has the dimensions of about 12 x 50 m with an area of about 600 m².

The planned measure is the new office and social building Nordwasser.

The office/social building is planned as the future heart of the site. It is designed as a corner building and forms the formative prelude when entering the central base. For 125-150 employees, it offers the necessary changing rooms, showers, sanitary facilities, break / meeting rooms, master offices and laundry and drying rooms. The building is planned to be three-storey with reinforced concrete exterior walls, masonry and drywall interior walls, reinforced concrete filigree ceilings, thermal insulation composite system and an extensively green flat roof. In order to be able to flexibly design the location of the interior walls, the outer walls are made of reinforced concrete. Stiffening interior walls between the offices and consulting rooms can be dispensed with. The windows and exterior doors as well as the glass facades and fire doors in the interior are designed as an aluminum-glass construction. All windows of the office and consulting rooms will be equipped with a venetian blind system for shading.

Object of performance Lot Elevator system Office and social building Object of performance is the creation of a machine room-free rope hoist with 3 stops (on top of each other) for passenger operation, handicapped accessible, 630 kg or 8 people, reduced shaft head height and reduced shaft pit depth. Shaft size 1.8 x 2.37; Cabin dimensions 1.1 x 1.4.
