Provision of external Consultant to support Financial and Workforce Efficiency Delivery Programmes

NHS Boards engage with a number of external consultancy type firms to support in different areas, based on expertise, availability and value for money and following discussions between NHS Ayrshire and Arran senior leadership team and Scottish Government, NHS Ayrshire and Arran have awarded Viridian Associates Ltd to provide Interim Support and Financial and Workforce Efficiency Delivery Programmes to provide an updated Financial Improvement Plan to meet Scottish Government 2024/25 targets. Scottish Government have agreed to fund this work, however, the Contract is not fully committed to for the full period, break points are available should there be any concern on delivery of value for money.
