The subject of the order is the preparation, delivery, issue of 3 meals a day (breakfast, two-course lunch, dinner) including at least one hot meal and drinks, (for each meal) for 7 days a week for detainees staying in the Guarded Foreigners Center in Odrzańskie looms with the location of objects on Poligon in Wędrzyn, Campground no 2 (69 - 211 Wędrzyn, Lubusz Voivodeship) and delivery of traveler meals for persons brought (convoyed) — a detailed description of the item of the order includes section no 2 of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing activities included in the subject of the order consisting of: preparation of meals, delivery of meals, issuing meals, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the way set out in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of the elements (parts) of the object of the contract to the subcontractor.In case of the intention to perform the object of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer the part of the contract (in kind ranges), entrust subcontractors and provide the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. Endowment of part of the contract to subcontractors does not exempt the Contractor from the responsibility for the proper execution of the contract. In the event that the Contractor does not indicate in the offer information about the parts of the contract whose execution he intends to entrust to the subcontractors, the Contracting Authority considers that the Contractor intends to complete the order independently, i.e. without the participation of subcontractors.
