The procurement comprises four projects, each of which is an individual contract. The contracts are named as follows:

o Renovation and extension of Gudhemsskolan.

o Renovation and extension of Vartoftaskolan.

o Maintain Mössebergsskolan houses 3 and 4.

o Rebuilding Hjelmarsrörsgatan 20.

Common to the projects is that these are reconstructions of existing buildings that, with the exception of one project, will take place next to ongoing school activities.
