The subject of the public contract is a service consisting of “The provision of a long-term loan of PLN 9 198 121,00 to finance the planned budget of the City of Kutno for 2021 year of the time of the loan and loans.”

1. The object of the public contract is the service consisting in “The provision of a long-term loan of PLN 9 198 121,00 to finance the planned budget of the City of Kutno for 2021 year of the time of the loan and loans made”.

2. Scope and assumptions to the subject of the order:

(a) The loan will be granted in the amount of PLN 9 198 121,00;

(b) The payment of the funds will take place in full in the form of a single tranche in 2021;

(c) Payment of interest on the loan will occur between 2021 and 2030;

(d) Repayment of capital installments of the loan will occur between 2026 and 2030;

e) Currency of credit and interest — PLN.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is due to the proposed provisions of the public contract to be entered into the contract with the contractor, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
