Ready-to-use production of approx. 140 meters of a district heating pipe in Karlsruhe, Knielingen district.
The main components of the contract include pipe jacking, civil engineering, concrete and pipeline construction work as well as surface restoration.
Pipe for MSR technology (1x empty or composite pipe 4 x 20; Da 50 mm) must also be laid.
Lot 3.2 described here comprises the crossing of the Alb, the Rhine flood protection dam and the railway embankment by means of a controlled DN 1400 pipe jacking using the microtunnelling method according to DIN 18319 or DWA-A 125, Section 6.1.3.1, with a section length of approx. 130 m.
In the pipe jacking, 2 media lines DN 350 (OD 500 mm; district heating flow and return) and a composite pipe 4x 20mm (OD 50mm) are pulled into a movable steel construction. The pipeline work required for this must also be carried out.
This lot also includes the start and finish pit required for the construction of the pipe jacking. The construction of the construction pits without lowering the groundwater is planned in the so-called "groundwater-conserving construction pit construction" with tightly enclosing steel sheet pile walls and an underwater concrete base. At both pits, the underwater concrete base must also be secured against buoyancy using grouting anchors.
After the pipe jacking has been completed, a remaining shaft structure is to be erected in the start and finish pit in order to guarantee the accessibility of the pipelines during operation. The scope of services also includes the installation of the media lines within the shaft structures and the integration of these into the district heating line sections that have already been created. The start and finish pit and the construction site equipment must be dismantled. The surface paving on the home page is not to be dismantled and handed over to the client. The surface reinforcement around the target pit is to be dismantled and the surfaces to be restored. The dismantling of the construction road to the target pit is carried out by the previous lot 3.1.
