Description:
Reception and management of waste from the territory of the Municipality of Wojnicz

3.2. The object of the order is the collection and development of waste from the territory of the Community of Wojnicz, broken down into 2 parts:

3.2.1. Part 1 - Reception and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the Community of Wojnicz.

3.2.2. Part 2 — Receipt and development of solid waste from municipal facilities, municipal cemetery and cleaning markets, streets and squares and organizational units within the Community of Wojnicz, broken down into two ranges:

• Scope I: Reception of solid waste from municipal facilities, communal cemetery from cleaning markets, streets and squares.

• Scope II: Reception of solid waste from organizational units.

Part 1 - Reception and management of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the Community of Wojnicz

3.2.1. Part 1 - Reception and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the Community of Wojnicz.

3.3. Option Law Part 1:

3.3.1. The scope of the basic contract (minimum) shall be the quantities of waste broken down by individual waste fractions in Mg/year specified in the tender form. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option with a maximum of 10% increase in the receipt and use of the quantity broken down by individual waste fractions specified in the offer form.

3.3.2. The power to exercise the right of option will be related to the Ordering Party's current needs for the need to collect and use more waste than the amount of waste provided for in the tender form resulting from the amount of waste generated by residents.

3.3.3. In order to run the option, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor in writing a statement in which he will express his will to exercise the right of option and to determine the extent to which he enjoys the right of option. The submission of the declaration shall take place no later than 14 days before the date of the service covered by the right option. In the event of exercising the right of option, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with the statement referred to in the first sentence, 30 days before the completion of the contract covering the basic scope of the contract.

3.3.4. In terms of an optional order, the Contractor is obliged to start providing the service on the basis of a written statement by the Contracting Authority to exercise the right of option.

3.3.5. Use of the option right by the Ordering Party may be made at one time for the entire value of the optional order or in several parts. If the options are exercised in several parts, the Contracting Authority shall submit further statements to the Contractor no later than before the maximum scope arising from the option law is exhausted.

3.3.6. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the contract covered by the right of option will be executed under the terms of the basic contract, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the SWZ and the Contractor's offer.

3.3.7. In the event of the Contractor exercising the right of option, the Contractors shall be paid for the actual quantities of received and developed municipal waste. The Contractor's remuneration for the performance of the service covered by the right option shall be calculated on the terms provided for in this Agreement and on the basis of the unit prices indicated by the Contractor in the tender, the list of which includes Annex 1 to the contract.

3.3.8. The right of option is a unilateral entitlement of the Ordering Party, from which he may, but is not obliged to exercise in the course of the object of the contract. In the event that the Contractor does not exercise the right of option, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect.

3.3.9. The Contracting Authority's use of the option right does not require the preparation of an annex to the contract.

Part 2 — Reception and management of solid waste from municipal facilities, communal cemetery and cleaning markets, streets and squares and organizational units within the Municipality of Woj

3.2.2. Part 2 — Receipt and development of solid waste from municipal facilities, municipal cemetery and cleaning markets, streets and squares and organizational units within the Community of Wojnicz, broken down into two ranges:

• Scope I: Reception of solid waste from municipal facilities, communal cemetery from cleaning markets, streets and squares.

• Scope II: Reception of solid waste from organizational units.

3.4. Option Law Part 2:

3.4.1. The scope of the basic order (minimum) is the quantities of containers/containers/bags for receipt and zoning during the duration of the contract specified in the offer form. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option to reduce or increase the amount of containers/containers/bags for collection and development to a maximum of 50% of the quantities specified in the offer form.

3.4.2. The power to exercise the right of option will be related to the Ordering Party's current needs for the need to collect and use more waste than the amount of waste provided for in the tender form resulting from the amount of waste generated by residents.

3.4.3. In order to run the option, the Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor in writing a statement in which he will express his will to exercise the right of option and to determine the extent to which he enjoys the right of option.
