The Work concerns Asphalting work where the main assignment falls under the CPV code 45233222-1.

The Management Department of the Municipality of Leiden is responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the public space within the Municipality of Leiden. The management and maintenance of asphalt pavements is the responsibility of Beheer. The following activities / deliveries are covered by the Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Agreement:

- the removal of asphalt pavements,

- applying asphalt pavements,

- removing foundation layers,

- applying foundation layers,

- removing lines,

- applying lines,

- carrying out earthworks,

- removing element pavements,

- applying element pavements,

- drawing up a BLVC plan and accompanying traffic drawings.

For this tender, the Contracting Authority aims to conclude one (1) framework agreement with regard to asphalt maintenance within the municipality of Leiden (for the period 2020-2024). The client intends to award partial assignments per year with a total turnover from the assignment and / or final settlement from EUR 350,000 to EUR 950,000, excluding VAT.
