ISVAG is a waste handling intercommunal with over 40 years of experience and 55 employees. In addition to the waste disposal task, ISVAG is also an energy supplier of green power.

ISVAG is located in a physical location at Boomsesteenweg 1000, 2610 Wilrijk.

At this location there is the administrative building on the one hand and the so-called “factory”, in which the waste is processed and converted into energy.

The contract under this specifications consists of the following three shutters (however, these are not separate plots):

1st part: Process Control Software Upgrade

The current version of the Wonderware 2014 process control software is end-of-life and is no longer supported. Upgrading to a newer version is required to ensure support. The subject of this burden book concerns the preparation, upgrade itself and aftercare, as well as the associated licensing costs and training of ISVAG staff.

2nd part: Providing managed services on process control and PLC control support

Manage and support process control software and PLC control and corresponding customization solutions. These include regular maintenance, backup services, and providing a help desk function.

A service should be proposed that reflects the critical aspect of the installation. The critical aspect involves continuous operation of the installation (24/7).

3rd section: Provision of ad hoc process control services

Smaller ad hoc services are outside the scope of section 2 and are offered in directing.

ISVAG is looking for a supplier who can run the 3 shutters. Candidate tenderers must submit a quotation and price for these 3 shutters.
