The carrying out of structural repairs to the Chancel to tie back into the existing building at wall and roof level and to carry-out internal repairs and redecoration within the Vestry and Chancel. in addition the replacement of gutters to areas of the Church.

It will be an invited tenderer on those who can demonstrate their experience of working on historic buildings and with the ability to carry out work to a high level of quality and with a proven track record of a good health and safety procedures and work.

It will be an IFC Form of Contract with approximately 5 weeks to tender.
