The municipality of Bergen op Zoom owns approximately 50 vehicles to carry out the daily work. It has been decided to lease the vehicles in the future, whereby the municipality wants to be completely unburdened. Together with the contractor, the municipality of Bergen op Zoom wants to set up a suitable / sustainable fleet. After final award, the Client wishes to immediately start the ordering process for the deployment of the vehicles to be replaced with full-operational lease contracts with the new Contractor. The assignment mainly includes the following activities: Advising on the vehicles to be used The delivery of vehicles ordered by the Client. Keeping the vehicles operational and in good condition Coordination, management and administrative settlements of insurance, motor vehicle tax, preventive and corrective maintenance, claims handling and fines The assignment and conditions are further described and included in the PvE.
