The subject of the order is the collection and management of solid municipal waste from the commune of Krośniewice. The scope of the contract applies to all real estate inhabited from the commune of Krośniewice - a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the general characteristics of the commune in the context of municipal waste collection and management is included in Annex 3 to the ToR.

1) The subject of the contract includes: collection and management of mixed and separately collected municipal solid waste from:

a) inhabited real estate in the commune of Krośniewice, i.e. from the following inhabited towns: Bardzinek, Bielice, Błonie, Cudniki, Cygany, Franki, Głaznów, Głogowa, Godzięby, Górki Miłońskie, Iwiczna, Jankowice, Kajew, Kopy, Kopyta, Krośniewice, Krzewie, Luboradz, Marynin, Miłonice, Miłosna, Morawce, Nowe, Nowe Jankowice, Ostałów, Pawlikowice, Pniewko, Pomarzany, Raszynek, Despair, Skłty, Stara Wieś, Stare Morawce, Suchodoły, Szubina, Szubsk Duży, Szubsk Towarzystwo, Teresin, Tumidaj, Witów , Wola Nowska, Wychny, Wymysłów, Zalesie, Zieleniew, Zosinek and the city of Krośniewice (the Employer recommends that the Contractor familiarize himself with the list of municipal roads / streets and make a site vision, as part of the inhabited property is located in the place to which, depending on the car may be difficult to reach);

b) selective municipal waste collection points (hereinafter referred to as "PSZOK") located in Franka, at the municipal waste landfill, and in Krośniewice, at ul. Paderewskiego 3;

c) pharmacies and educational institutions (only selective collection of expired medicines and batteries).
