The following municipalities are covered by the contract:

Gjesdal, Klepp, Time, Bjørnafjorden, Bokn, Bømlo, Eidfjord, Etne, Haugesund, Hå, Karmøy, Kvam, Kvinnherad, Lund, Sauda, Sola, Stord, Strand, Sveio, Suldal, Tysnes, Tysvær, Ullensvang, Ulvik, Utsira, Vindafjord, Øygarden, Sandnes, Kvitsøy, Sokndal, Bjerkreim, Hjelmeland, Eigersund and Gloppen Municipalities.

In addition there are some municipal companies. These are mainly small companies with little turnover. The complete list of these is in annex 3. The annex also includes information on those who will join the contract at a later date.

The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for the procurement of services related to telephony and mobile data traffic, as well as make new technology available that the tenderer can deliver now or during the contract period.
