Purchase of electricity to the facilities of the Employer in Rzeszów - street lighting, traffic lights, illumination of buildings

As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to sell electricity to the buildings of the Employer and new, built and connected to the DSO network, during the term of the contract.

The supply of purchased energy to the facilities will take place via a distribution network belonging to the local DSO operator, ie PGE Dystrybucja SA. Branch in Rzeszów.

The location and description of energy consumption points is provided in the attachment to the model contract. "List of energy-generating points of MZD in Rzeszów".

The estimated electricity consumption in the period from 01.12.2019 to 30/11/2020 is approximately 13,300 MWh, including:

- daily and 24-hour zone: 5 284 MWh,

- night zone: 8 016 MWh.

The main profile of energy consumption is street lighting, settled in two time zones (day and night time) of the C12b tariff and constitutes approx. 95% of the demand. The remaining part are traffic lights and other energy-consuming facilities in the all-day zone, in tariffs C11 and R. The estimated energy consumption in the all-day zone is 675 MWh.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of energy consumption points during the contract period, on the terms described in the contract template. Sale of electricity for a new collection point not covered by the above Annex shall be made on the basis of an amendment to this Annex and shall be settled in accordance with the rules set for the original part of the contract and at the same settlement rate.

Settlements for consumed energy will take place in periods used by the local DSO.

The contracting authority expects to conclude a single collective agreement for all collection points listed in the annex n. "List of energy consumption centers in Rzeszów", constituting its integral part.

The contract should be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755 with later amendments) and executive acts to this act.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by the list of energy consumption centers of DGP in Rzeszów constituting an annex to the Terms of Reference and model contract.

The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding a basic contract to the previous contractor, the orders referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 7 Pzp.
