The University of Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), has a requirement for the supply, installation and commissioning of ultrasonic wire bonding and data traceability systems. The tender is mad up of 2 lots as follows:

Lot 1 — Ultrasonic Wedge Bonding Station;

Lot 2 — Data Traceability.
