It is a single-contractor framework agreement with a maximum annual amount, executed as and when purchase orders are issued, entered into according to the open call for tenders procedure pursuant to Articles L. 2124-1 to 2, R. 2124-2-1°, R. 2161-2 to 5, L. 2125-1-1° and R 2162-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The consultation will be divided into 2 lots with no minimum annual amounts and with the following maximum annual amounts:-Lot 1: Static cartographic services - 400,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT-Lot 2: Interactive map - 100,000.00 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
