This consultation concerns the project management mandate for the rehabilitation and development of building no0003 located in the Marey-Monge barracks, for the benefit of the 511th Train Regiment. This operation consists of creating 30 rooms for 2 people in the attic and transforming some of the premises on the ground floor into offices

the services will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the special clauses (CCP). The contract for the project management mandate is divided into five technical parts detailed in Annex 1 of the SPC:- technical part no. 1: Choice of the project manager,- technical part no. 2: Notification and follow-up of the project management project's studies,- technical part no. 3: Choice of works companies,- technical part no. 4: Notification, monitoring and acceptance of the works,- technical part no. 5: Guarantee of perfect completion and Balance sheet.The contract is not divided into tranches.the deadline for the execution of the contract is 67 (sixty-seven) months of which: - choice of private Moe 9 months- aPS 7 months- aPD 6 months- pRO 8 months- aCT 7 months- TVX preparation period 4 months- tVX 12 months- aOR 2 months- gPA 12 months
