The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2023 available in circulation that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the purposes of powering public utility buildings, video monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, squares of the City of Radomsko.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for 2023 available in circulation that meets the quality standards set out in the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) for the purposes of powering public utility buildings, video monitoring, gates in acoustic screens and street lighting, squares, bus stops, parks, squares of the City of Radomsko. The proceedings in question are conducted jointly by the Contracting Authorities listed in SECTION I. The purchasing group was established by Ordinance No. 163/2022 of the President of the City of Radomsko of August 23, 2022, on the creation of the Electricity Purchasing Group 2023 and the award of the contract for the "Purchase of electricity for 2023". The leader of the Purchasing Group is the City of Radomsko – Radomsko City Hall, Tysiąclecia 5, 97-500 Radomsko, which will prepare tender documentation and conduct the entire tender procedure and award the contract in the name and for each participant of GZ 2023, i.e. municipal organizational units (schools, kindergartens, MOSiR, MOPS, WYD) and cultural institutions (MDK, MBP, MR) called subordinate units. The estimated amount of energy supplied (+/- 10%) during the delivery period is 4 148 140 kWh - detailed information is included in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract is specified by:

3) List of electricity collection points for street lighting: streets, bus stops, squares, squares, parks and towns of traffic science as well as video monitoring and gates in acoustic screens in the city of Radomsko - constituting appendix No. 9 to SWZ,

4) draft contract - which is Appendix 6 to the SWZ.
