Works for the development of public spaces on the Ivry quay, which extends between the national bridge and the municipal boundary of the city of Ivry-sur-Seine, as well as part of the Panhard and Levassor quay, in upstream of the Parisian Seine, within the Bruneseau Nord district, of the ZAC Paris Rive Gauche, in Paris XIII e borough. These works essentially include:

- carrying out mineral and landscaping developments;

- the creation of a platform for the Tzen;

- the creation of various networks in connection with surface development and in coordination with the various concessionaires and services of the city of Paris.

- earthworks on existing roads and sidewalks;
