The subject of the contract is the execution of geological and mining works consisting in drilling one geothermal well together with all works necessary for its execution. The drilling of the well will be carried out in accordance with the "Geological Works Project".
1. The subject of the contract is: "Execution of the Turek GT-2 absorbent hole".
2. The subject of the contract shall, in particular, include:
a. Preparatory works, including: approval of the traffic plan, notification, construction of the square with geodetic delineation – in accordance with the "Geological Works Project".
In the scope of preparatory works, the Contractor is obliged to obtain all necessary notifications, permits and decisions and to perform other activities necessary to commence drilling works required by law.
b. Installation of the device, drilling and installation of the directional hole type "J" Turek GT-2 – in accordance with the "Geological Works Project".
c. Performing research, measurements, analyses - in accordance with the "Geological Works Project", including in particular:
• Hydrogeological research – in accordance with the "Project of geological works".
• Geophysical surveys – in accordance with the "Geological Works Project".
• Laboratory tests: crumb samples, cores and water samples – in accordance with the "Geological Works Project".
d. Pumping and research tests m.in of the extraction function of the GT-1 with simultaneous use of the absorbent GT-2
e. Completion of drilling, including, m.in: dismantling of equipment, land reclamation, waste disposal.
f. The Contractor's obligations include providing a place for storing waste generated during the execution of the contract.
3. In addition, the Contractor also undertakes to:
a. preparation of necessary technological roads and access roads,
b. installation of sanitary, social and office facilities, including a room intended for geological supervision and supervision with a good view of the drilling equipment,
c. Preparation of as-built documentation, which should include all materials, certificates, studies, traffic plan, geodetic surveys, protocols, technical designs and other documents created during the performance of geological works in accordance with the provisions of the Geological Works Project
4. Hydrogeological documentation is not the subject of these proceedings.
5. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a guarantee for the executed subject of the contract, covering the efficiency of the equipment and the functionality of the drilled well for a period of 5 years (60 months).
6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party towards the subject of the contract has been specified in:
