The contest concerns a contract for regular cleaning of UNE's premises in the 4th, 5th and 6th floor of Stenersgt. 1 A and B, Oslo.

In addition the contracting authority has an option to procure cleaning to order, such as extra washing when required, polishing, cleaning furniture, etc. after unforeseen events.

The cleaning is to be performed on weekdays between 6.00 and 17.00. Approx. 200 people work in the premises. The combined cleaning area in the building is estimated to be approx. 5 400 m2 net. The contracting authority reserves the right that the cleaning areas and scope can vary according to the contracting authority's need.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be: NOK 650 000 excluding VAT per year for regular cleaning. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4 but has decided that it is not appropriate for this contract. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be administered by the attached contract documents.

The contract duration is from and including 1 November 2021 until and including 31 October 2024. Thereafter the contracting authority has the option to extend the contract up until 1 August 2025. The contracting authority will move into new premises by 1 August 2025 at the latest. From 1 November 2024, therefore the contracting authority has the right to cancel the contract with 3 months notice.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
