The competition concerns a contract for transport and disposal of sludge procured at Søndre Follo Renseanlegg IKS.

This competition comprises both disposal of the sludge, and transport of the sludge from the treatment plant. It is only possible to submit tender offers that cover both transport and disposal of the sludge.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 1 600 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The Contracting Authority is in a phase where the treatment plant will expand capacity, i.a the sludge facility will be reviewed in 2019, which can have consequences for both the number of tonnes per year and the quality during the contract period. The volume is therefore only an estimate and is not binding.

Lots and alternative tenders

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
