The subject of this contract is the supply of polyethylene (HDPE) bags for the selective collection of the PMC fraction (plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons) (hereinafter the “Market”). This selective collection takes place within the framework of a Fost Plus project with a view to implementing the Cooperation Agreement of 4 November 2008 on the prevention and management of packaging waste (hereinafter referred to as “the Cooperation Agreement”).

The estimated quantities per year are:

• minimum 3,000,000 PMC HDPE bags 60 litres with sliding link in roll of 20 bags

• minimum 24,500 PMC HDPE 120-litre bags with PE closing link in a roll of 10 bags

PMC bags must also be taken back and treated after use at the supplier's expense. Fost Plus is however responsible for the organization of the practical aspects of the take-back obligation.

The conditions as to the delivery time as well as the delivery methods are determined in the technical part of these specifications.

The quantities mentioned are indicative and do not commit the contracting authority.

The unit prices given by the successful tenderer will remain unchanged (except indexing), regardless of the quantities actually ordered.
