The target of the procurement is volume, cost, life cycle and TATE calculation services implemented at hourly rates in sites built by the City of Porvoo's Facilities Services, at different stages of projects, as an outsourced service.

Cost accounting services include project-specific calculation and survey tasks related to different design phases, from needs assessment to implementation planning, according to the material provided by the client, the agreed calculation method and schedule.

A task can include costing all planning phases of a project or just a design stage.

Quantity calculation includes the preparation of quantity calculation documents for invitations to tender for construction contracts.

The developer commissions life cycle and TATE calculations to support decision-making at different stages of projects, both in renovation and new construction sites.

The Client shall select three (3) suppliers as framework contract suppliers if a sufficient number of acceptable tenders are received.

Companies and corporations in which the City of Porvoo exercises control or joint municipal authorities in which the City significantly participates in financing may, if they wish, make acquisitions on the terms offered to the City of Porvoo.
