The contract has as its object the school transport service for the school years 2022/2023 - 2023/2024 - 2024/2025 for pupils who reside in the territory of the Municipality of Tricase, including fractions, and who attend compulsory schooling.

The school transport service must be carried out from the residence / domicile of the students users of the service or from the collection points located within the municipal territory including the hamlets, where possible, up to the school complexes of the kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of first degree, located in the territory of the Municipality of Tricase capital and fractions (Depressa and Lucugnano) and vice versa.

The contract has as its object the school transport service for pupils who reside in the municipal territory of Tricase (LE), including fractions, and who attend compulsory schooling.

The school transport service must be carried out from the residence / domicile of the students users of the service or from the collection points located within the municipal territory including the hamlets, where possible, up to the school complexes of the kindergartens, primary and secondary schools of first degree, located in the territory of the Municipality of Tricase capital and fractions (Depressa and Lucugnano) and vice versa.

The service must be provided annually in accordance with the school calendar and the start and end times of the daily lessons, including the afternoon return service for students using the school canteen service, set by the schools attended by the users, which will be communicated to the successful bidder by the Head of the social service before the start of each school year.

The duration of the contract is three school years: school year 2022/2023, school year 2023/2024 and school year 2024/2025 (until June 2025). The contract will start from September 2022 or in any case from the date of commencement of the contract.

The contract must be carried out in accordance with the school calendar, from September to June of each year, in the months and days of actual operation of the schools.

It may be requested, in case of early exit of part of the students transported (for strikes, assemblies of school staff, bad weather, etc.), the transport of school / home of the same with the addition of an additional ride, for which no additional compensation is due in addition to the price established during the race.
