The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide the cleaning services necessary for the daily cleanliness of Brussels metro and premetro stations. The aim is to achieve optimum results and constant cleanliness. On the basis of daily and periodic cleaning, STIB intends to have clean infrastructure throughout the duration of the contract.

STIB intends to award the contract to a main service provider for the duration of the contract. STIB has the right to replace the primary service provider with the secondary service provider in the event of default by the primary service provider or termination by STIB of the contract with the primary service provider.

May be the subject of the contract, services in the field of the contract, not provided for among the services mentioned in the specifications and its appendices, but which would have become necessary following new real estate / movable acquisitions or unexpected circumstances.

Daily cleaning of STIB metro and premetro stations includes:

- flat-rate cleaning of metro and premetro stations;

- window washing in metro stations;

- regular and / or controlled cleaning of equipment at surface network stops;

- disinfection services.
