The object of the order is the parcel consignments of FHH for collection, transport and delivery to recipient addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany, including tracking via the Internet, the free provision of transport containers in sufficient numbers in relation to the shipment quantities, as well as the necessary evidence (e.g. (for example, control lists and settlement lists). The evidence may also be provided electronically. On average for 2018 and 2019, around 13,500 parcels were to be transported.

FHH — represented by the tax authority of Hamburg — as an AG intends to conclude a framework agreement for the transport of parcel mail from FHH. There are currently 130 demand points connected to the existing framework agreement.

The formal tendering procedure shall be carried out by the tax authority as the central contracting authority.

The contractor (AN) shall ensure the collection, transport and delivery of FHH parcel postal consignments to recipient addresses within the Federal Republic of Germany, including tracking via the Internet, the free provision of transport containers in sufficient numbers in relation to the quantities of the shipment and the necessary evidence. (for example, control lists and settlement lists). The evidence may also be provided in electronic form.
