Development of new sports campus for IT Carlow at Mortarstown, Kilkenny Road, Carlow.

The works will be delivered over two separate phases. This pre-qualification competition is for Stage 2 only and the works in Phase 2 consists of the following:

— campus pavilion centre,

— maintenance building and services yard,

— car park

— associated site works, services and landscaping.

To be completed by Reserved Specialist (this SAQ)

— 400 m synthetic running track certified to IAAF standards (This SAQ).
