1.The object of the order is to perform maintenance repairs to the P4 level of sixteen electric traction units (EZT) of the EN76 series, together with additional works and modifications.

2. A detailed description, scope and manner of execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the Designed provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ, together with the Annexes.

2.A detailed description, scope and manner of execution of the object of the contract shall be defined by the Designed contract provisions constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and the annexes to the Designed Contract provisions.

3.In all SWZ records and its annexes, where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, allows the application of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as indicated in the SWZ and the annexes. Where equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in respect of the subject of the contract.

4. The Contracting Authority shall require a quality guarantee for a period of 24 months for each entire EZT after maintenance P4 repair, from the date of signing the Reception Protocol of the electrical traction unit concerned.

5. The Contracting Authority requires the fulfillment of the order by 31 May 2023.

6. The Contracting Authority requires maintenance of P4, including additional works and modifications of each electric traction unit, within a period of not more than 70 calendar days, counting from the date of transmission of the electric traction unit for repair.
