LHL wishes to commission high quality weed control services for its residents.

The successful Provider must offer high quality weed control services; including but not limited to: providing DEFRA approved weed control treatment via knapsack (20 litre spray tank) equipment to control weed growth as directed. Lewisham Homes requires spot treatment to the square meter area of all paved and play areas, as well as to the perimeter of all access roads, MUGA’s and pathways. Two treatments during 2022 are required and 3 treatments per year thereafter.

It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1st June 2022 for an initial contract duration of three (3) years with an option to extend for up to two (2) more years.

The closing date for receipt of proposals is 12:00 on 18/02/2022.
