§ 1. This contract is a contract for insurance services, which fall under CPV codes 66510000-8 et seq.

§ 2. Its purpose is to award the following lots:

LOT 1. DAMAGE INSURANCE

Part 1. Fire Insurance – Named Perils

Part 2. Electrical all-risk insurance – Computer and office equipment

Part 3. Theft and stay of funds insurance.

LOT 2. PERSONAL PROTECTION INSURANCE

Part 1. Workers' compensation insurance (1971 Act) and surplus-law.

Part 2. Privacy Accident Insurance.

Part 3. Personal accident insurance for agents.

LOT 3. LIABILITY INSURANCE

Component 1. General Liability Insurance

Part 2. Directors' liability insurance

LOT 4. AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE

Component 1. Vehicle Insurance

Part 2. Omnium Mission Insurance

LOT 5. ASSURANCE CYBER

§ 3. The technical requirements to be met by the services are set out below in the technical clauses of these special specifications. These technical clauses must imperatively be met and respected throughout the duration of performance of the services.

§ 4. A tenderer may submit tenders for either lot or for the five lots in this contract. The tenderer is required, on pain of having his tender not selected for the lot in question, to tender for all parts of the same lot.

In addition to its basic tender, tenderers are authorised to propose a reduction in the event of a meeting of lots 1 to 4 (1, 2, 3 and 4).
