The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law together with implementing provisions for the points of collection of Gryfino Municipality and its organizational units.

2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract concerned shall be defined by a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, which is annexed 1 and No 1A to the SWZ, which is at the same time Annex No 1 to the contract.
