Fire services lot to include- Fire alarm service and maintenance, Emergency lighting Service and maintenance, Smoke Detection Service and Maintenance, Fire Equipment Service and maintenance, Keyholding (where applicable) all services to be compliant with relevant British standards.

Servicing and maintenance of lightning protection for the applicable group assets.

To undertake weekly and monthly testing of applicable fire alarm equipment and emergency lighting. To comply with relevant British Standards.
