The Norwegian Centre for ICT in Education, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to an open tender contest where the objective is to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of communication professional consultancy services.

In connection with this the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with a service provider who can offer:

— Consultancy service in connection with development and ongoing communication consultancy for the Awarding Authority.

— Consultancy service in connection with communication professional and strategic design of the Awarding Authority's campaigns and communication measures.

Note that the work tasks shall mainly be provided by the Awarding Authority and that assistance is included if found necessary for each concrete incident.
