The subject of the contract includes the provision of the material in accordance with the minimum technical performance set out in the technical specifications, as well as the subsequent provision of training in handling and maintenance of such material to persons designated by EPES for its implementation and use. All products offered must comply with the technical and quality requirements expressly required by national and international regulations on the subject and have the licenses, authorizations and other conditions required by the current provisions for the design, manufacture, packaging, labelling, CE marking and marketing of the same.
