The contract relates to the following deliveries and services:

1. The supply of electricity in combination with the provision of various supporting (administrative) services.

2. The delivery of Guarantees of Origin.

The main objective is that the municipalities of Heerlen, Maastricht, Sittard-Geleen and all other participating regional contracting authorities have an agreement for the supply of green electricity and Granations of Origin (GOs) as of 1.1.2020.

The purpose of this tender is to arrive at an individual agreement for the supply of electricity and Guarantees of Origin (GOs) per participant for the delivery years 2020, 2021 and 2022. The intended supply agreements also contain a mutual option for extending the supply agreements (1) times one (1) year.
