The object of the order is a service consisting of securing the needs of the military in pre-carrier shower containers along with their service service: rental, setting, cleanliness and technical service in facilities administered by 16 Military Branch Gospo-darczy in Drawsko Pomorski. 2. The Ordering Party is entitled to change the number of days and the number of devices, provided that the value of the entire contract may not be increased.

a) description of the item of the order
(b) the draft contract
4. Performing activities related to the implementation of the service consists in comprehensive daily maintenance of sanitary equipment, i.e. emptying non-drainage tanks, sewage disposal and utilization

4. Performing activities related to the implementation of the service consists in comprehensive daily maintenance of sanitary equipment, i.e. emptying non-drainage tanks, removal and utilization of wastewater after bathing from container baths, current replenishment of washing agents or, if necessary, disinfectants in soap dispensers, located above washbasins located in each type of shower containers. Constant maintenance of appropriate hygienic conditions and cleanliness, consisting in the performance by persons directly performing work on the above-mentioned activities in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Labour Code, therefore, during the performance of the service, the Contracting Authority requires the employment by the Contractor and / or Subcontractors of all the above-mentioned employees performing the service throughout the duration of the contract under the employment contract.
