1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment for the purpose of carrying out the task under the project "Hrubieszów Heritage Center as a chance for socio-economic revival in the area of revitalization".
2. In accordance with Article 91(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders divided into 3 parts, as follows:
a) part 1 – "Delivery with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment",
b) Part 2 – "Supply of computer hardware and software",
(c) Part 3 – "Supply of small equipment and educational games and toys"
"Delivery with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment","Supply with assembly of furniture and household appliances, electronics and other electrical and electronic equipment", including:
1) delivery of computer equipment, brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, including software, to the extent specified in Annex 1.2 to the SWZ together with their transport, unloading, bringing, assembly, setting / arrangement, connection, in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment.
2) first commissioning of the equipment, conducting instruction and presentation of the functions of the equipment,
3) delivery with the order of the instruction required for operation in Polish, including instructions for use and maintenance, if issued by the manufacturer,
4) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,
5) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if they are required for the proper operation of the product),
6) cleaning the premises after delivery,
7) restoring the previous state of the rooms in accordance with the technique of execution and use of materials according to the construction project – in the case of damage or destruction made during delivery.
"Supply of computer hardware and software",Supply of computer hardware and software', comprising:
1) delivery of computer equipment, brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, including software, to the extent specified in Annex 1.2 to the SWZ together with their transport, unloading, bringing, assembly, setting / arrangement, connection, in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment.

3) delivery with the order of the instruction required for operation in Polish, including instructions for use and maintenance, if issued by the manufacturer,

and toys', comprising:
1) delivery of small equipment as well as games and toys - brand new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, to the extent specified in Annex 1.3 to the SWZ together with their transport, unloading, bringing, assembly, setting / placing, connecting, in places and rooms indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing, regenerated, post-exhibition and used equipment and equipment.
2) first commissioning of the equipment, conducting instruction and presentation of the functions of the equipment,
3) delivery with the order of the instruction required for operation in Polish, including instructions for use and maintenance, if issued by the manufacturer,
4) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,
