The subject of this contract is the successive provision of patient nutrition services of the Independent Provincial Complex of Public Psychiatric Health Care Institutions in Warsaw at 27 Nowowiejskia Street, 00-665 Warsaw. The subject of the contract has been divided into two Parts: Lot No. 1 provision of patient nutrition services with delivery of meals to the Departments of the Nowowiejski Hospital. Part No. 2 provision of patient nutrition services along with the lease of kitchen rooms in the Care and Psychiatric Treatment Facility in Rasztów, Rasztów, C. K. Norwida 2, 05-205 Klembów.
