The purpose of the contract will be the provision of the service of organization, accompaniment and order of spaces for the optimal use of the facilities of Getxo Kirolak and other authorized spaces, divided into the following lots: 1) Care of outdoor sports spaces; 2) Accompaniment of activities and 3) Accompaniment and follow-up to clubs

For the care of outdoor sports spaces, the following needs will be covered: -Rugby field / -Athletics track / -Hockey field / -Multipurpose field / -Children's area / -Outdoor paddle / -Multipurpose outdoor courts / -Outdoor tennis / -Bolue 1, 2 and 3. / -Walks attached to the aforementioned spaces / -Covered paddle, as well as described in clause 3 b) LOT 1 of the PCT.

To accompany activities will be carried out: -Control of annual key activities / -Monitoring of activities / -Meetings with associations to detect possible organizational deficiencies / -Promotion of activities / -Collection of data of interest (poster, schedules, etc.) for the dissemination of activities in social networks of Getxo Kirolak / -Realization of Calendar of Activities / -Generate sheet of needs of the different activities / -Send the sheet of interest needs to whom it corresponds each week / -Request data of interest to the person responsible for covering the activities of the weekends / -Make a report with all the information / -Make reports of activities that have been in the municipality. See clause 3 b) LOT 2 of the PCT.

For accompaniment and monitoring of clubs, the following will be carried out: -Needs of distribution of sports spaces / -Extend the hours of attention to the clubs in daily operational actions / -Streamline the daily needs between Getxo Kirolak and the clubs / -Collect data on the skeleton of the clubs for later analysis / -Witness the activity of the clubs in order to: to. Collect information on the use and performance of the spaces granted / b. Know the own means with which it counts in the activity / c. Contrast in practice the objectives that the clubs / d are marked. Align the objectives of clubs with those of Getxo Kirolak / e. Observe the methodology used in the sessions / f. Contrast in which language the session is performed / g. Know if the material used is according to practice / h. Know the degree of satisfaction of the users of the club / i. Make a report with all the information / -Issue an evaluation report prior to the start of the season and another at the end of the season that collects different information.
