The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Trawniki in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of others methods and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, equipment and systematic replenishment in bags of inhabited property, equipment with containers of inhabited property and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from the point of selective waste collection in Dorohuczy.

1. The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the Trawniki Municipality in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of others methods and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, equipment and systematic replenishment in bags of inhabited property, equipment with containers of inhabited property and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collective Point in Dorohuczy, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1439 as amended), records of the Provincial Waste Management Plan adopted by the Resolution of the Lublin Voivodeship Sejmik, No. XXIV/396/ 16 of December 2, 2016 on the enactment of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order on the territory of Trawniki Municipality.

2. Order include:

2.1. “Reception and development of municipal waste directly from property owners residing from the area of Trawniki Municipality”, consisting of:

1) Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste directly from property owners residing from Trawniki Municipality in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of waste communal biodegradable transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888 as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Voivodeship Lubelskiego, No XXIV/396/16 of 2 December 2016 on the enactment of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Trawniki Municipality,

2) supply of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the regulations (on the basis of 'bag for bag') necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

3) the supply of containers for the collection of mixed waste and ash in single-family buildings in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Cleaning and Order in the Lawn Community,

4) supply of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) in the municipality,

5) the collection of waste to be put up by residents in front of the property in the stock system of the so-called “exhibition”,

2.2. “Load, receipt and management of the mass of municipal waste collected at selective municipal waste collection points”, consisting of:

1) Loading, receiving, transporting and landscaping of the mass of municipal waste collected selectively from the inhabitants of the municipality Trawniki gathered at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste located in the village of Dorohucza. (If the contractor has containers, then it is possible to set containers, during the duration of the contract, in the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) and receive waste directly from residents to containers. The cost of setting containers is covered by the Contractor).
