The subject of the contract is the service of running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

At the Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), the Contractor will accept from the residents of the Nadarzyn commune, without charging additional individual fees, municipal waste separately collected listed in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
