The National Ombudsman wishes to contract one primary and one secondary cooperation partner who can effectively support the National Ombudsman in the field of information security and privacy.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit an application. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The size cannot be estimated directly and can fluctuate according to the need and developments. At the moment, the policy is up-to-date and implemented, which means that efforts are expected to decrease compared to historical expenditure, but unforeseen developments can lead to additional (unforeseen) efforts.

Over the term of the Agreement, it is expected that the tender threshold will be exceeded, assuming an average of a maximum of € 75,000 (excl. VAT) per year, whereby it is expected that the actual expenditure will be lower, approximately € 50,000 (excl. VAT) per year on average.

The order value over the total term of the Agreement (including options for renewal) is capped at € 300,000 (excl. VAT). If this scope is reached, the Agreement ends, even if the end date has not yet been reached. In that case, the further agreements will still be served under the Agreement.

The size mentioned above is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The Contracting Authority has no purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee.
